For clients under 18, express permission is obtained from both the parent or guardian and the young client before photographs or videos are taken or used.
Clients may contact us to withdraw permission for future promotional use or request removal of published images from platforms under our control. We will take reasonable steps to respond, although copies previously shared or saved by third parties may remain accessible.

We use Acuity Scheduling, part of Squarespace, to manage appointments, consultation forms, booking confirmations and reminders.
Information submitted during the booking process is processed through this platform to help us provide our services.

Payment for in-person brow treatments is generally made during the appointment.
Online purchases, including Virtual Browsing Appointments, are processed through our Squarespace website using Stripe.
Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices. ELENI BROW may receive transaction details necessary to confirm purchases, manage services and maintain business records.

We use contact information to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and communicate about requested services.
